Tradition

The pasticciotto leccese is a typical dessert of the Salento area in Puglia, composed of shortcrust pastry inserted in aluminum molds in the shape of a boat, filled with custard and baked in the oven.

Innovation

What makes Tiziano unique? It's not the usual precooked pasticciotto to heat up.

In order to enhance the fragrance of the typical pastry from the heart of Salento, Tiziano crafts the pasticciotto in special molds, then deep-freeze it and sell it raw. The final phase of cooking is entrusted to whoever buys it: this is the authentic Salento pasticciotto, freshly baked!
